Shower temp tested OK but now only luke warm

I've just fitted a new seal kit to a Sirrus 1600 cartridge. After I re-assembled everything and tested the water temp it was working fine. Now my customer has called me to say the water temp is only luke warm. I'm confused how it can work fine, then stop working later the same day?

I see on the other questions there is a temp adjustment screw inside the hole for the front retaining screw. Will a 2.5mm screwdriver fit down the hole?

You will need an Allan key to set the temperature.
The shuttle may be sticking if the inlet water temperature is too high.
