This question is regarding Sirrus 1600 cartridge assembly (no thermostat) SK1600-2

Sirrus 1600

Hi. My father has a Sirrus 1600 and the water is coming out cold. Goes hot is you turn the valve right round to hot but temperature is not stable. Have you a part that will correct this? Is it the Sirrus 1600-2?

It may be the above or the parts at the back of the cartridge may need re greased.
