This question is regarding Sirrus 1850 Dual Control - Thermostatic Shower - Shower Spares

no cold water

sirrus 1850 thermostatic shower, have problem with cold water flow always hot even when in cold position, cleaned all unit soaked in descaling fluid , found if you blow in the hot water inlet you can hear the air but doing the same to the cold inlet you dont get the same result can you help with problem please.

You may have a blocked filter on the cold side.
