Sirrus 1500 Antique problems

I have have a Sirrus 1500 Antique with three problems:

1) It is leaking from the centre spindle

2) The shower will only produce very cool water despite there being plenty of hot water available. (I think the cold supply is being mixed with a very small amount of hot water as it's Winter and the water produced isn't freezing.)

3) The handle has gone all 'floppy' - it won't stay in the position it is put, it just flops down to the vertical position under the weight of the porcelain handle.

The valve is about 12 years old and as far as I am aware never been serviced.

I'm sure the leak will be cured by fitting new seals but am wondering whether this will fix the other two problems.

I'd like to be able to order all the parts I need in one go.

Am I going to need a new thermostat to cure the temprature issue?

Thanks

See the videos on how to check your thermostat etc.

A service kit would be the best place to start with any repairs.
