BC Sanitan Shower Spare

Looking for a replacement cartridge for a BC Sanitan victorian traditional exposed thermostatic shower. The ceramic cap on the lever says BC SANITAN SHOWERS LONDON (if that helps).

I am afraid that this has the old style stepped cartridgewhich is no longer available
