Sirrus Bc sanitan Not Hot

I have lost the ability to mix enough hot Water in our shower mixer. I know the water is hot enough but only get warmish shower. Can you adjust mix or has thermostat gone wrong?

It could be the thermostat however it is more likely that the valve is just sticking inside

The normal answer would be to give it a strip down clean lube and fit a seal kit, however this valve is so old that there isn’t an exact seal kit for it.
