Buying a replacement lever

A lever is broken (see image). The SK1500-15CP (chrome) looks like the right part to buy. Can I fit it? Can I buy it?

If you are only looking for the broken handle part you will need to buy the above as the ceramic part is only sold with this now by the manufacturer.
