Sirrus Duette thermostatic bath shower mixer
The valve is probably just sticking inside, it probablyneeds a strip down clean lube and a service kit fitted.
Seal kit.

You adjust the temperature by removing the knob retaining screw,(which is at the top end of the bracket 3)
When you remove this screw water will dribble out, this isOK, pass a long thin screwdriver down the centre of the spindle this willengage on the temperature adjusting screw, screw clock wise for cooler and anticlockwise for hotter.
