Lack of water pressure

When showering the water pressure turns on OK then quickly drops to a trickle which makes it very difficult to rinse off.

When the shower runs on cold only - the pressure is OK but as soon as you switch it to hot - it drops to a trickle.

You may have a blocked filter in the hot side.
