Knob and Sleave Kit

What is the difference between the Concealed and Exposed Sirrus shower Kit (SK1850-4C and SK1850-4E? Which one would I need for my shower picture attached?

The difference is the length of the rear skirt.

 

The surface valve has a longer skirt yours is recessed so the short skirt.

 

SK1850- 4C  Concealed

SK1850- 4E  Exposed
