Intermittent Hot Water

I regularly need to turn the shower off and on again to get hot water to flow.. Any ideas?

To clarify Water flows but is cold rather than not flow

If you have a combi boiler it could be a boiler fault ..


Try getting a hold of the hot pipe that goes to your shower if this goes cold then you are more likley to have a boiler fault.

If it is not the boiler then the first thing you need to do is service the valve, link to service kit below.
