Bath and shower thermostatic mixer

Hi this sirrus pro bath/shower is the closest i found on the part list that you have the only difference is the one i I have is that it has hot and cold nobs on either sides is this suitable for me, the fualt i have is the water is not stopping or mixing, please advice thank you

We would really need to see a photo of then cartridge This could have the 1500 cartridge

or the 3000 cartridge if it has the 1500 cartridge then a seal kit is available

If you have the 3000 cartridge then the spares are all obsolete.
