Shower Head Replacement

I need to replace the shower head for this and can see you do an exact replica. I wanted to try and get a bigger showehead if I can say 200mm 8" instead of the current 4" size. Can you recommend any that would be compatible with the current fixings?

this head may do , but you may get a drop in flow with a larger head such as this.
