adjusting temp Sirrus ts1503 shower

When i remove the sealing screws to adjust temp, water comes at at high pressure . How can I adjust while water is coming continually out at mains pressure

The answer is with difficulty but it is just one of the things you have to do getting wet is just part of the job .

If you have the shower on full flow this helps reduce the pressure at the adjusting screw.
