Sealed adjusting screw

hello, do any of the kits include the sealed adjusting screw. It's not labelled in the drawing but is the small piece between items between items 5 and 6. You can just see the screw slot in the top. Thanks for your help.

No I am afraid that this was always part of the cartridge assembly
