Sirius turning on by itself

Hello, I have a customer with a faulty unit which sometimes runs at full rate when they turn a hot tap on somewhere else in the house. Please advise which prt we would need to fix and the cost? Thank you.

I suppose the obvious answer is it shouldn't do that!

My thoughts are it is worn internally and there is no resistance against the pressure My temptation would be to say replace the cartridge unfortunately the cartridges are no longer available.

So your only option is to fit a service kit

There is a video at the foot of the page.

Or replace the valve.
