Cartridge Replacement

Following complete cartridge replacement and unfortunately replacement of wall tiles, we only have hot water. I have adjusted the centre screw with the skinny driver fully left and fully right. It makes no difference.

You may find out that it needs a thermostat.

I have just found your bill £126.30 Order ref S000115379 Item Code GUM-SK1600-2 (yes it was almost 2 years ago) but this guest bedroom shower has never been used and now looking at your bill it says Sirrus Cartridge Assembly (no thermostat).

Does this mean I purchased and fitted a replacement that was not complete! (I wondered why it didn't work properly only hot at the time) and therefore do I now need a new thermostat?
Now you know the part I purchased. Please let me know 'exactly' what I need to purchase to fix this problem.

If you have only fitted the cartridge , shuttle and spring , then you will need the above to make the shower work correctly.
