Hot water not getting through valve

can I purchase the entire interior of the valve and how much would this cost

The only things that are in the interior are the cartridge and the thermostat, see below,

Due to the fault you have to check that the thermostat is working,

Also check the head and the hose for blockages.

With these showers a clean and a lubrication of the shuttle etc usually helps.
