SIRRUS TS503 thermostatic valves

I BOUGHT A HOUSE THAT HAS A JACUZZI-TYPE BATH WITH A SINGLE TAP THAT DELIVERS HOT AND COLD MIXED WATER. THIS IS PRESENTLY NOT WARM ENOUGH. THERE IS A CIRCULAR VALVE ON THE SIDE OF THE BATH WITH A RED AND BLUE ARROWS LABELLED AS ABOVE. THE BATH COVER PREVENTS ACCESS BUT THERE IS A CIRCULAR HOLE AT THE CENTRE. IS THERE A CUSTOM KEY FOR THIS OR DO I GET ACCESS BY REMOVING THE BATH COVER AND TURNING THE BIG ROUND KNOB. IT IS LABELLED SIRRUS TS503, BUT THERE IS NO "-t" . Thanks.

The hole may be for access to a cartridge , as shown above.
If you can send some pictures of the set up it may help us identify what you need.

Please find attached picture. I can't see the screw mentioned in your video. Any suggestions? Thanks

The screw is down the centre of the hole.

If this does not change the temperature then you may have a faulty thermostatic wax cartridge.
