This question is regarding Sirrus Ts 503-t - Shower Spares

Temperature & Leak

I have a TS503 fitted to an installation but the outlet temp will not adjust below 40c. If I try to adjust it more, water leaks from the end of the unit where the allen ken fits. Any suggestions as to a reason and if parts are available to repair please?

I would have suggested a strip down clean and lube and fit a seal kit unfortunately the seal kit is now obsolete.

I guess your only option would be a strip down clean and lube, perhaps fit a new thermostat and keep your fingers crossed.
