Broken Shower Valve - Cannot turn off

Two questions,



First, will this fit a Roman Shower (Model RVCDM) (Pictures attached)?



Second, Does this include the thermostat?

You would need to remove the cartridge and compare it to our pictures as we cannot determine this from the manufactures site.

The cartridge does not come with a thermostat.
