is it possable to get just the ceramic sleeve for this product as we have the chrome lever and its the sleeves that are the problem

Sorry, the ceramic sleeve is not available as a separate part.

You would need to buy a , www.showerdoc.com/sirrus-antique-control-lever-assembly-chrome-white-ceramic-sk1500-8acp

and remove the handle.

Or , we did have a client who put 3 large beads in the place of the ceramic sleeve and this looked good and worked well.
