This question is regarding Steam Shower 3-way diverter cartridge core (Green) - CART-1040

diverter cartridge washer at back

I have a 3 way diverter like the one in your picture and I was having the problem of the diverter not working (rotating just provided water to all 3 outlets). Looking behind the valve it appears the washer (3 circles joined) does not fit into the grooves. How much do replacements cost?

The "O" ring is not sold as a separate item , so you need to buy the cartridge.
