This question is regarding Steam Shower Type 8 thermostatic cartridge (threaded, no stop ring)

Thermostat Cartridge

Have attached photos of a cartridge from a shower unit KSD-9007. Overal length is 93.72mm, Thread diameter 33.80mm & Body diameter 30.77 mm. Can you confirm this Type 8 is the same. What is no stop ring?

I am near certain that this is the correct cartridge below is a list of the showers we know that it will fit.

On some of the showers that this cartridge fits there is a stop ring which stops you turning the shower too hot if you have one of these you should be able to refit it.

Should this cartridge not fit your shower you can return it for a full refund as long as it is not marked has not been used and is in a resellable condition.
