Thermostatic cartridge replacement

Hi there, I bought a shower valve from ibath uk 18 months ago the thermostatic cartridge is now incredibly stiff to turn and needs replacing, they have told me it's now been discontinued and I was hoping you would be able to provide a replacement thermostatic cartridge. I can't tell you a make but have been told it's a SM16 if that helps. I've attached a picture and have more from different angles if you needed to see them. Hope you can help. Thanks.
