This question is regarding Stuart Turner Monsoon N1.5 N3.0 Bar Twin Pump Spares

Monsoon N1.5 BarcTwin

The pump causes a "surge" frequently for about 30 seconds, (sounds as if the pump has been turned on and off straight away). Any advice appreciated.
