This question is regarding Stuart Turner Monsoon N1.5 N3.0 Bar Twin Pump Spares

pump not working

I got in touch regarding my pump not working,after grandaughter spent 40 minutes in the shower.I tried what you suggested,but no luck,As a reminder it is a monsoon N3.0 single.If this cannot be rectified,can you tell me the replacement model number.Many thanks for your attention.

The motor sounds like it is well and truly seized,

I have a client with the same problem. buzzing, hot and smells a bit like its burning up. Stuart Turner tech support said straight away it was the start capacitor. Worth a punt before spending £500 replacing it
