MY GRANDAUGHTER SPENT 40 MINUTES UNDER THE SHOWER,AFTER WHICH WHEN TURNING IT BACK ON,JUST A LIGHT BUZZ WAS COMING FROM THE PUMP.ALSO THE CASING WAS HOT TO THE TOUCH..24 HOURS LATER,IT IS STILL JUST BUZZING.ANY ADVICE ON HOW TO REMEDY WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED.MANY THANKS, GRANT

This could be a few things, however it sounds like the overheat safety device has kicked in or the pump has stalled/ jammed, switch the pump off at the power supply leave it for 12 hrs and then give it another try, if it doesn’t kick in then try switching it on and off a few times, if it still doesn’t work after that get back to us.
