We have 3 floor small Hospital with basins and showers but low demand (30 rooms low occupancy levels).Vented Hot water system with 3 cold water tanks at loft level. What can you recommend

Probably could do with more information, lay out, distances, pipe sizes, heights etc. etc.

However from the information you have provided, I think you need flow more than you need pressure.

The 4 bar Stuart Turner is a good choice however…..

The ST will deliver a maximum flow rate of 45 l/min

I think the better choice may be the 3 bar Salamander will deliver 60 l/min

Remembering with all pumps as the flow increases the pressure will start to drop.
