loss of water pressure
This could be a fault with the bush that goes between the two pump housings, the pressure leaking from one side to the other (you will need a service kit to sort this) http://www.showerdoc.com/ST-16882-Stuart-Turner-Service-Kit-16882
However before you do anything need to check that the filters coming into the pump and the shower are both clean and clear.
