Water Temp Pressure Problem

The cold water output from my pump is warmer than the input, is it possible that there has been mixing in the pump unit,if so is there a seal I need to replace?

The carbon bush that separates the hot and cold side of the pump has disintegrated, you are going to need a service kit.
