Pump not turning off after shower what is the problem

Could be a fault with the flow switch or the actuator sticking (Thing that looks like a torpedo)

Or indeed a faulty PCB.

Remembering to switch the power off i would disconnect the flow switch from the PCB and see if it still runs on
