This question is regarding Supajet 100 Power Shower (White/Chrome) - 2053/402

flow control

Hi I am getting a flow of water from the back of the Flow Control where it is set into the screw in bracket. The whole unit is loose and if i press on the control knob it slow's the flow to the head. Any idea what is happening.

sounds like the leak from the flow control could be a faulty 'O' ring however I am not sure I fully understand the problem.

If this isn't any help perhaps you could send us a few photos of the problem.
