the unit is no longer made so can you recomend a alternative that will do the same

Unfortunately a replacement shower is no longer made.

Whatever you decide to fit in the way of a power shower will need alterations to the pipework for it to be fitted. So basically you can fit any shower but you will probably need a plumber to fit the new shower and make the alterations.
