Supajet 100 power shower

I have just fitted this unit for my customer and the hot/cold knob is very sticky almost as though it is lacking lubrication internally. I have not had a look to see if it can be stripped and lubricated as it is only a few weeks old and I do not want to invalidate the warranty, what would you suggest?

First check that the incoming hot water is not above 6oº as this will wash the lubricant off. Then move the handle fully hot and fully cold a number of times to spread the lubricant. If this does not work then you can return the shower for a replacement or refund.
