I have a 202 valve ...

Thanks for the stock update Barrie, I think I must have bought the last 202 valve off you.

So - I have a 202 valve, is there any reason it won't replace a 101 valve ?

It seems that there are parts available for the 202 still but in short supply. The valve spindle on the 202 is bigger/longer than the 101 and since this is a sealed unit unswapable, even as they are the same valve, almost.

Thanks Barrie, I think I'll give it a go as I can fettle the spindle or adjust the knob fitting accordingly.

If the inlets and outlets are the same place the rest is fixable.

Plan B is a whole new shower so it's worth trying this first.
