Shower Head Grip unit

The 'grip' aspect of our Supajet 202 shower head has broken - i.e. the piece that fits onto the rail has split hence trying to stop the shower head sliding up and down the rail by tightening the knob has no effect. Do you have a suitable substitute for this please?

This bracket is now obsolete so you will have to fit a universal bracket you need to measure the diameter of your rail (Video below)
