This question is regarding The Shower Doctor Silicone Grease (30ml Tub) - MCSILICONE

I bought a replacement shower cartridge from Mira about a year ago and it has started leaking like the old one. I have tried Vaseline between ceramic plates which helped but did not stop leak. Will this grease seal the ceramic plates ?

The grease may work for a time , but you may have to ultimately replace the cartridge.
