shower wheels on sliding door getting seized up

The wheels on my shower door have become seized, or at least don't turn, can you recommend a lubricant that would A. free off the wheels and B. perhaps a lubricant that would work for a longer period to prevent a roccurrence, I have attached some pics of the actual wheels.

No pictures attached. Something like WD 40 may do the trick , or a new set of wheels.
