Tratto (maybe) Bath Tap

Hi - I'm trying to find the right parts for a bath tap that was probably installed in 1997 or 1998. It's definitely Ideal Standard, single hole with a blue and red disc on the top. I think it is this model - see image attached. Am I right? The problem is that the lever is flopping around and it's difficult to set the temperature other than the extremes of hot or cold. It's also difficult to stop the hot water dripping. Would any of the spares you offer be able to fix the problem? Thanks
