Dripping shower

Which part do I need to stop the shower dripping when not in use?

I have a trevi manual chrome shower purchased about 15 years ago. For a while I have had to keep on turning the tap to turn off the water. This no longer works and I have a constant trickle of water. Also I can't turn it to cold so wasting hot water!

Please can you advise model and probable cause.

I'd also like to renew hose and head.
