This question is regarding Trevi Boost Brass Thermostatic Cartridge - A963348

Trevi Boost

We are having to use our shower on the highest setting to get the water warm. The filters are clean. There is a slight increase in flow when the temperature is turned to cold. If I buy the expensive thermostatic cartridge and it prove not to be the cause of the fault, would it be returnable for refund?
