This question is regarding Trevi Boost Brass Thermostatic Cartridge - A963348

trevi boost thermostatic cartridge

the cartridge is really tight and I can't unscrew it, is there a special tool or way to unscrew it so that I can check the filters? Hot water is coming through although there is very poor pressure?

Try spraying the area with some WD 40 first to see if this helps.
