This question is regarding Trevi Boost Recessed Shower Mixer (Black Override Button) - Shower Spares

Right hand mixer valve not working on Trevi boost fixed head shower.

The left hand volume control is only supplying hot water, it can be turned up and down for more or less flow but only hot water comes out. The right hand mixer turns fully clockwise and anti clockwise but the water doesn't get any cooler. The bath taps below give full flow hot and cold water perfectly ok.

You will need to check that there is hot/cold getting to the thermostatic cartridge , and if so you may have a faulty cartridge. If not you may have a faulty flow cartridge.
