Trevi Boost Exposed - Will not turn off

This shower only turns off completely with difficulty. The valve has to be turned a lot more than normal. Feels as though it is slipping. What needs to be replaced?

You probably need to replace the two on/off cartridges it is possible that you will also need to replace the gears however I would replace the cartridges first as it is not always necessary to replace the gears
