This question is regarding Trevi Boost Exposed Shower Mixer + Ev Shower Valve Spares

Trevi boost mixer.

Good morning. I’ve got a problem with my shower mixer and I asked for your advice which you suggested could be the flow cartridges. So I bought two from yourselves which should be delivered today. I was just wondering if there might be a video somewhere that shows the process to change the cartridge. Plumbing isn’t my thing I’m a carpenter. So any help would be great. Thank you.

Unfortunately we don't have a Video for this valve, however changing the cartridges is relitivly simple.

Make sure you have the water turned off, remove the knobs and cover plate, you will see a black cover that covers the gear box remove the spindle and gears you will now see the top of the cartridges remove them check that the new cartridges are both in either the fully open or fully closed position fit the cartridges and reverse the above steps.
