Trevi Boost Built in shower

Hi, we have 2 of these showers fitted but one has stopped working properley. These has occured since we had a problem with the hot water system where, after several visits from British Gas and 3 thermostats and 2 mixer valves later, the hot water seems OK, but the shower is not. It started running cool over a period of time, and sometimes it was OK. Now, however it is just luke warm. Please can you tell me if there are any spare parts to fix this as a new shower is rather expensive. Our other shower (the same model but has not been used as much) was also running cold but since having the latest blender valve fitted to the hot water cylinder, this is OK, but we have to run it often at maximum temperature. I know that these problems definitely started when the hot water system failed. We had to run the system at one time with no thermostat on the hot water cylinder, the shower did work when this happened for a period of 2 weeks. Please can you help?

It sounds like the thermal cartridge is at fault, replacement can be ordered online by clicking on the libk below.
