This question is regarding Trevi Boost Recessed Shower Mixer (Black Override Button) - Shower Spares

trevi boost built in shower mixer & fixed head

the volume control handle has become difficult to turn, in particular to turn off.this first happened quite some time ago, but has got more difficult. the shower has recently failed to provide any hot water. are these two problems related and what parts should I order please?

You may have a faulty ,

www.showerdoc.com/1-2-dx-1-4-turn-flow-cartridge-anti-clockwise-close


and this could account for both problems.

It is sometimes best to change both the hot and the cold flow valves at the same time.
