Replacing Shower head and hose

My Trevi shower is about 10 years old. I need to replace the hose and shower head. The part numbers I have from the original installation are: Shower head 035566200 Shower hose 099102463 Are these parts still available - or any compatible parts?

If none of these are yours then you will have to go for a universal head and hose.
