This question is regarding Trevi Ctv Thermostatic Valve Built In Shower Valve Spares

Trevi built in shower valve with thermostat valve

I’m not sure which one it is for sure and what spares I need as the water runs from hot to cold and the temperature valve goes floppy at hot direction.
